What size room does it cool?
Rooms up to 30 m²: a bedroom, lounge, study or home office. It turns from side to side so the air reaches the whole room.
Is it an air conditioner?
No. It is a fan: it moves air across you to make you feel cooler and does not chill the room. That also means it uses far less electricity than an air conditioner.
What is the difference between the three modes?
Regular gives a steady breeze at the speed you choose. Natural varies the airflow so it feels more like a breeze outdoors. Sleep keeps it gentle for the night.
How does the timer work?
Set it in half-hour steps, from 30 minutes up to 7.5 hours. The fan switches itself off when the time is up.
Can I control it from across the room?
Yes. A remote control is included, and there are touch controls on top of the fan as well.
How much space does it take up?
Very little. It is 78.5 cm tall and the base is 20 × 20 cm, so it fits in a corner or beside the bed. The handle on top makes it easy to move between rooms.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. You will get a tracking link when it leaves us.
Can I return it?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are replaced. The full details are on our Refund policy page.
