Oxa currently delivers within South Africa only.
Delivery rates
Delivery is free on every order within South Africa. No minimum order value applies.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, typical delivery is 8-12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier capacity, remote-area delivery, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Courier and tracking
Orders are currently delivered by Aramex. Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details using the contact information supplied with your order.
Delivery address and receipt
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check your delivery details before completing payment. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible at support@nestandnib.co.za; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared or handed to the courier.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant. This reporting request helps us investigate quickly and does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
