Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Oxa.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost. Return shipping must be arranged safely and with suitable tracking where possible. Oxa is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Items that cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return for an item that has been opened, used, worn, assembled, altered or is not in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise subject to a legal right of return.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Please contact us at support@nestandnib.co.za with your order number and photographs if an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty. For damage or an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate promptly.

Where a fault is confirmed, our usual remedy is a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or another remedy is required by applicable law, we will work with you to provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are paid by EFT to the bank account details supplied by the customer. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

Original delivery charges and return costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or where we agree otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply under South African law.

Email support@nestandnib.co.za with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return and photographs where an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.
