These Terms of Service govern your use of the Oxa website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Store information
Oxa sells air purifiers and indoor air quality products for delivery in South Africa. Questions about these Terms or an order can be sent to support@nestandnib.co.za.
Orders and payment
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products at the displayed price, subject to availability and acceptance of your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at Shopify checkout, including Yoco where available. We may need to cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, product-description or availability error; if payment has already been taken, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.
Pricing and availability
Prices and promotions may change without notice. We aim to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but occasional errors may occur. Product imagery is provided to help you understand the item; colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and physical products.
Shipping, returns and product use
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers should read all product descriptions, safety information and supplied instructions before use, including keeping the unit and its power cord out of reach of young children during operation.

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping purposes. The Oxa website content, branding, imagery, text and design may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
